Is Rackpacker® allowed to repair THULE materials? What about the manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, Rackpacker® employees are a THULE-certified repair service provider. The repair of your THULE material by us has no influence on the existing manufacturer's warranty. This means you can be sure that the quality and integrity of your products will remain guaranteed even after repairs.

How does the on-site repair service work?

You can order the required material via our platform, which we will deliver directly to the selected service point. The new material is installed there by our THULE certified employee. This process begins with selecting our “Repair Service” product on our website. There you can describe the problem in detail and then receive an individually calculated offer. If possible, please also attach appropriate photos of the defective part. After confirmation, an appointment will be arranged with you by our on-site employee to carry out the service.

How does the optional assembly service work?

Our optional assembly service allows you to combine your order with professional assembly at one of our 40 locations. At checkout, simply select the “Optional Assembly Service” option instead of standard shipping. The order will then be ready for pickup within 5-10 days. The exact date for installation will be coordinated individually with you by our on-site employee to ensure maximum comfort.

Can I test material beforehand?

Absolutely, we offer a rental option under the travelträger® brand, with the option of crediting the rental toward the purchase. You can choose between used items from our rental or new items. If you make a subsequent purchase, we will give you a 15% discount on new goods. This option allows you to test our products extensively before making a purchase decision.

What is the Rackpacker® buyback service?

Our buyback service gives you the opportunity to sell back parts to us that no longer fit if you change your vehicle. The prerequisite is that the parts are in an acceptable condition. Using our simple buyback service online form, into which you upload photos and your new invoice number, you will receive an offer from us for a trade-in for a new purchase via our website. When you order the new goods, you will also receive a returns label so that you can simply send the parts that no longer fit back to us.

What are the return costs in the event of incorrectly ordered goods?

If goods are ordered incorrectly and are not classified as freight forwarding goods, we will cover the return shipping costs. This underlines our claim to offer you a worry-free and comfortable shopping process. When it comes to freight forwarding goods, we develop individual solutions to accommodate you in the best possible way in these cases.
