Can Rackpacker® Thule repair material? How about the manufacturer's guarantee?

Yes, the Rackpacker® employees are a repair service provider certified by Thule. The repair of your Thule Material has no influence on the existing manufacturer's guarantee. This means that you can be sure that the quality and integrity of your products is also guaranteed after a repair.

How does the repair service work on site?

You can order required material via our platform. There the new material is installed by our Thule certified employee. This process begins with the selection of our “repair service” product on our website. There you can describe the problem exactly and then receive an individually calculated offer. If possible, please also note the corresponding photos from the defective part. After confirmation, an appointment will be coordinated by our employee on site to carry out the service.

How does the optional assembly service work?

Our optional assembly service enables you to combine your order with professional assembly at one of our 45 locations. Simply choose the assembly service for the product. The exact appointment for assembly takes place individually with you by our employee on site to ensure maximum comfort.

Can I also test material beforehand?

Absolutely, we offer a rental option under the Travelbärt® brand, with the possibility of calculating the rent. You can choose between used articles from our rental or new goods. When buying a subsequent purchase, we grant 30 % reimbursement of the rental price paid. This option enables you to test our products extensively before making a purchase decision.

What is the Rackpacker® surrender service?

Our buyback service offers you the opportunity to resell any more suitable parts to us if you change your vehicle. The prerequisite is that the parts are in an acceptable condition. You can get an offer from us using our simple buyback service online form, to which you upload photos and your new invoice number, an offer for the trade-in when buying new purchase on our website. By ordering the new goods, you will also receive a return label to simply return the parts that are no longer suitable.

What about return costs in the event of incorrectly ordered goods?

With incorrectly ordered goods, which is not classified as a freight forwarding, we take over the return costs. This underlines our claim to offer you a carefree and comfortable purchase process. For forwarding goods, we develop individual solutions in order to meet you in the best possible way in these cases.
